The Ramblers won the Illinois state championship for the ninth straight year.
3. Jackson (OH) 21-1
The Polar Bears advanced to the Ohio Division I state championship, winning 20+ games for the second straight year.
4. Rockford (MI) 20-2
The Rams won the Michigan Division 1 state championship.
5. Indian Hill (OH) 21-1
The Braves won the Ohio Division II state championship.
6. New Trier (IL) 22-4
The Trevians advanced to the Illinois state championship for the second year in a row.
7. Eden Prairie (MN) 18-1
The Eagles won the Minnesota state championship for the third straight year.
8. Cathedral (IN) 17-1
The Irish won the Indiana state championship.
9. Mt. Notre Dame (OH) 20-1
The Cougars lost to No. 1 Upper Arlington in the Ohio Division 1 state semifinals.

The Eagles advanced to the Ohio Division I semifinals.
