1. Culver Military Academy (IN) 21-1
The Eagles won the Inter-Ac Invitational for the second straight year.
2. Hill Academy (Ontario, Canada) 15-1
The Pride won the inaugural Geico High School Lacrosse Nationals tournament.
3. Everest Academy (Ontario, Canada) 11-2
Everest finished its second spring season in school history, improving greatly on last year’s 6-5 record.
4. Louisville Trinity (KY) 18-3
The Shamrocks won the KSLL championship.
5. Cathedral (IN) 21-4
The Irish won the Indiana state championship for the second straight year.
6. Brother Rice (MI) 20-4
The Warriors won the Michigan Division 1 state championship for the 13th straight year.
7. Archbishop Moeller (OH) 17-7
The Crusaders won the Ohio Division 1 state championship.
8. Upper Arlington (OH) 20-3
The Golden Bears won 20 games for the second straight season, advancing to the Ohio state semifinals.
9. Eagan (MN) 18-1
The Wildcats won the Minnesota state championship.
10. New Trier (IL) 19-4
The Trevians won the Illinois state championship.
